Twice a year, the children take part in our whole school ‘Big Talk Homework Challenge’.\u00a0 This is where your child gets the opportunity to prepare and present a talk to the class.\u00a0 The topic will change depending on the focus for that term.<\/p>\n
This term Primary 2 pupils should prepare a talk about:<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I grow up, I would like to be\u2026\u201d.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n
Your child should prepare and practise their talk at home and can bring in a picture, drawing or poster to help them.<\/p>\n
P2 will present their talks on the week beginning Monday 17th November.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
Some ideas to include in their talk could be:<\/b><\/p>\n
What job would they like to do when they are older?<\/p>\n
Why would they like the job?<\/p>\n
What skills or equipment might they need for the job?<\/p>\n
I look forward to hearing about what they would like to be.<\/p>\n
