Literacy<\/u><\/p>\n

This week P2 were learning the \u2018mb\u2019 phoneme, where b is a silent letter, as in lamb, bomb and thumb.<\/p>\n

In talking and listening\u00a0 they expressed their opinion on what their favourite sport is.\u00a0 They all gave reasons why that sport is their favourite and they used this in their writing on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Numeracy<\/u><\/p>\n

This week P2\u00a0 started a block of work about time and were learning to tell o\u2019clock and half past times on both analogue and digital clocks.\u00a0 They made their own clocks to help them.<\/p>\n
