Twice a year, the children take part in our whole school ‘Big Talk Homework Challenge’.\u00a0 This is where your child gets the opportunity to prepare and present a talk to the class.\u00a0 The topic will change depending on the focus for that term.\u00a0 This term the class has chosen to talk about \u2018My Favourite Toy.\u2019<\/p>\n
Some ideas to include in their talk might be:<\/p>\n
What is your favourite toy?<\/p>\n
Who gave you it or where did you get it?<\/p>\n
How do you play with it?<\/p>\n
What do you like about it?<\/p>\n
How does it make you feel when you play with it?<\/p>\n
Any interesting facts about your favourite toy.<\/p>\n
The talk should be ready to be presented the week beginning Monday 12th\u00a0 May<\/strong>.
