We have been playing lots of fun listening and memory games to help build these important early literacy skills. We have also started learning our first sound,\u00a0\u2018s\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a link to the Jolly Phonics song and action, which can be used at home to help us remember our sound.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Phonics S With song Jolly Phonics\" width=\"474\" height=\"356\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iV3diQgk7Gs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">During writing, P1 have been working on &#8216;Foundations of Writing&#8217;\u00a0and created detailed drawings for our\u00a0\u201cBrushing Our Teeth\u201d\u00a0lesson. We focused carefully on adding lots of detail to our pictures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">In\u00a0P2, some of us have continued developing our descriptive writing, thinking about how we can add detail to make our writing more interesting. We have also been learning and revising the \u00a0\u2018ch\u2019 sound.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">In\u00a0numeracy, we have been busy developing our skills in\u00a0counting, ordering numbers and number formation.
