<\/p>\nTwice a year, the children take part in our whole school ‘Big Talk Homework Challenge’.\u00a0 This is where your child gets the opportunity to prepare and present a talk to the class.\u00a0 The topic will change depending on the focus for that term.\u00a0 This term our\u00a0 topic is ‘My Favourite Toy’.<\/p>\n
At home, your child should prepare and practise their talk.\u00a0 They can bring in a toy, photos or posters to help them. Please see below a great example of a poster that was made.\u00a0 They used lots of drawings instead of writing which helped the child remember what to say.<\/p>\n

The talk should be ready to be presented the week beginning Monday 11th May.<\/b> More details will be given shortly (please check Blog) about which day that week your child will be giving their talk.<\/p>\n
