<\/p>\nOur new sound this week is our first split phoneme i-e as in fine. We will be focussing a lot in class on the difference the e makes to the word. Some of the class have found this challenging today and may require a little extra support both here and at home. I have attached the words and a spelling grid. If your child is looking for a challenge, they can try to make word with this phoneme that are not on the lists. The sound stars will continue to work through the words they had from last week to allow these to embed fully.<\/p>\n
