Please find the details below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Children to Visit James Hamilton Primary School &amp; Sgoil na Coille Nuaidh<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wednesday 14<sup>th<\/sup> May 2025: 1:15pm \u2013 2pm<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday 28<sup>th<\/sup> May 2025: 1:15pm \u2013 2pm<\/li>\n<li>Thursday 12<sup>th<\/sup> June 2025: 9:30am \u2013 10:15am<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tour of the School<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We would like to invite parents\/carers and children to visit for a tour of our school. You will receive your allocated date and time on your welcome letter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transition Meetings with P1 Teachers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We would like to invite <strong><u>parents\/carers only<\/u><\/strong> for a short transition meeting with your child&#8217;s P1 teacher.\u00a0 A maximum of 2 adults can attend this visit. Please arrive promptly for your allocated meeting as we have a tight schedule to enable us to meet all families. This visit will take place in your child\u2019s Primary 1 classroom. You should enter via the school playground and come to the Primary 1 classroom door that exits into the playground. There will be clear signage on display and school staff will also be there to direct you. You will receive your allocated date and time on your welcome letter.<\/p>\n<p><b>Parent\/Carer Information Session<\/b><\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Wednesday 11th June 2025<\/strong>, we will have a parent\/carer information session. This will be an opportunity for you to find out about the life of Primary 1 and to ask any further questions. This will be at <strong>2:10pm<\/strong>. Please enter at the main entrance to the campus and members of staff will direct you from there. <strong><u>Due to limited space available, we ask that only 1 adult per child attends this session.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summer Disco<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Parent Council would like to invite you and your child along to our Summer Disco on <strong>Wednesday 21st May 2025, 3pm \u2013 4pm<\/strong> in our school Atrium Hall. This disco has a beach theme so feel free to come along dressed for a beach party! We ask that a parent\/carer for each young person stay within the school building just in case the children become a little overwhelmed.
