Any activities after 3pm, can all young people please congregate at the main office where they will be collected.<\/p>\n<p>Please pay close attention to the <strong>START DATE<\/strong> of each activity and any durations noted. If a duration is not noted the activity will run to the <strong>Easter Holiday<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>When Gymnastics starts <strong>(17.02.20)<\/strong> pupils are encouraged to wear their gym kit. P3\/4 pupils will change at the end of the day. If the numbers for gymnastics are high, you will receive a letter from Mr Swan to inform you if we will operate a Group 1\/Group 2 split.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PARENT\/CARER VOLUNTEERS<\/strong> &#8211; if you have availability to support any of our activities, working alongside Mr Swan and OPS staff, please contact Mr Swan on steven.swan@east-ayrshire.gov.uk or give your details to Mrs Andrew at the office.<\/p>\n<p>We have tried to accommodate pupil\/community voice in the creation of Our Activities and are already working hard to secure those activities which currently do not appear.
