We have been made aware of some issues with pupils trying to use Bug Club on iPads.\u00a0 After contacting the company, they have advised you try changing settings to allow cookies in Safari Browser, and also turn off Prevent Cross site Tracking. Below are the steps you can follow.<\/p>\n

Enabling cookies in Safari for iOS (iPhone\/iPad\/iPod touch)\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. From your home screen, go to Settings > Safari.<\/p>\n

2. Make sure that the “Block All Cookies” and “Prevent Cross Site Tracking’ is turned off.<\/p>\n

Safari on Mac\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Open Safari if it is not already open.<\/p>\n

2. Click the “Safari” menu and choose “Preferences” and then “Privacy”<\/p>\n

3. Depending on your version of OS:<\/p>\n

4. Look for “Prevent Cross Site Tracking” and disable this setting.<\/p>\n
