The Statutory Consultation on Early Learning and Childcare in East Ayrshire Council is now open<\/b><\/p>\n
Education authorities have a statutory duty under the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 to consult with a representative group of parents and carers with children under school age in their area about how they should make early learning and childcare available.<\/p>\n
We have created two surveys for parents, carers and prospective parents and carers\u00a0residing in East Ayrshire in order to hear their views on early learning and childcare in our authority.
