Parent’s/Carer’s will be receiving an email today (please check your junk mail also) with a short online form to complete and return if you wish to come along and join us.

Please see the letter above regarding Parent/Carer consultation on future educational provision for children from the Chief Education Officer and Head of Education.

Can we please remind all parent’s/carers that we have a one way system in place for drop off/collection times.

This is to ensure the safety of the children and ensure they enter the building together in their group bubble.

We fully appreciate that on days like today ☔️ where the weather isn’t great that it is not ideal standing in a line, so please aim to arrive for your child’s allocated drop off/collection time.

We appreciate for those who travel by bus or walk that this isn’t as easy to manage.

If you arrive late this system still applies and please speak to the member of staff at the gate who will let you in.

🌟We are all very excited to be welcoming our new children and families to Onthank Ecc this week, along with returning Rainbow Room children who are now moving to the 3-5’s.

🌟Please ensure you refer to your individual letters regarding your child’s start/collection time on their first couple of days with us.

🌟We have staggered start/collection times to allow us to manage safety and encourage you to arrive on time so your child can enter the centre with the children in their group/bubble.

🌟If you have had a chance to look through our welcome booklet you will see we have a map which outlines our drop off and collection route which we ask families to please adhere to, this is to allow us to keep everyone safe.

🌟At the entrance gate there will be a member of staff who will be there to welcome you in.

🌟If the gate is closed before your start/collection time please do not open the gate as we keep this closed outwith drop off/collection times for safety reasons. A member of staff will always be present to open the gate at the allocated times.

🌟The car park is a EAC car park and shared with others which means it can be very busy at drop/collection times so please be mindful of this.

🌟If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff.

By now all of our families should have received an email outlining your child’s returning or starting details.

Included in your email is a copy of our welcome booklet. However there has been a recent change to the lunch/high tea menus which is now attached below for families to refer to.
