As you will be aware we are starting our Learning Journals Journey.

This will enable Parents/Carers to have more engagement and insight into your child’s life within Onthank Ecc.

Following the email sent to all Parents/Carer’s yesterday regarding the Peep Sessions which will be starting after the Easter Holidays….there appears to have been a technical glitch which has now been resolved, therefore anyone who wishes to complete to interest form can now do so. 🙂

We understand the better weather is finally starting to appear but could we please remind all parents/carers to continue to send your child to the centre with their outdoor clothing and wellies in their bag as the children will be continuing to access outdoor learning and environmental walks during their sessions and unfortunately we do not have suits and wellies available to loan the children.

‼️Urgent information for Parents/Carers‼️

Please read the attached letter above regarding an immediate playroom closure for all children within the The Garden Bubble affecting the Butterflies, Bumblebees and Ladybirds.

The centre will be closed on Monday 4th – and reopen Tuesday 19th April for the Term Time Easter Holidays.

(This applies to all children who attend the centre between 8.40am – 3pm)

The centre will remain open Monday 4th – Thursday 14th for all children who attend Mornings, Afternoons or 8am-6pm sessions.

On Friday 15th & Monday 18th April the centre will be CLOSED to all children for the Easter Weekend. The Centre will reopen on Tuesday 19th April. 🐣

Everyone is welcome to wear:

🔴 Dress up as their favourite Superhero.

A new support scheme has been launched by East Ayrshire Council to help parents achieve their goals in employment.

World Book Day takes place on Thursday 3rd March 2022 and this year is the 25th Anniversary.

All children are welcome to dress up as their favourite book character or wear their pyjamas ready to hear a story. 📚
