💙 Changes to Peep Session Times 💙

Our second block of Peep Sessions will begin on Wednesday 25th May and will take place for 4 weeks finishing on Wednesday 15th June.

Can I please make all those who have shown interested in attending aware that a change of times has occurred.

After completing Block 1 we feel that a longer session was required to give parents/carers and children a higher quality experience.

Therefore the Sessions will now begin at 1.30pm and aim to finish for 2.30pm.

If anyone is interested in coming along but would like to ask any questions first please do not hesitate to contact the centre where Linzi our Peep Practitioner will be happy to help.

Peep Learning Together Session 4 – Health and Well-being focus.

A fantastic session today with our parents/children and this was the last of our first block of Peep Sessions.

Lots of fun, engaging and hard work took place as everyone created fruity pizza’s and fruit kebabs together.

A big thank you & Well Done to everyone who has taken part, we really appreciate your participation.

Our next block of Peep Sessions begin at 2pm on Wednesday 1st June.

Peep Learning Together Outdoors Session 3.

What great fun we had last week learning together and exploring Maths through Loose Part Play. 🔢

This weeks session will look at Health and Wellbeing.

We are starting to explore planting flowers and growing various vegetables to develop the childrens knowledge of life cycles, growing their own healthy produce and developing their responsibilities to care & nurture.

We are hoping to grow our own tomatoes, cucumbers, cress and kale which will also allow the children to grow produce to help feed our animals.

We have purchased plants, seeds, bulbs and compost however if any of our families, extended families or local community have any additional plants, compost etc going spare we would really appreciate any donations you could spare.

Walk to School week begins Monday 16th May. 👟👟

This is a child-led initiative where the children report daily how they got to nursery. It aims to achieve better walking environments and inspire people to walk more which supports promoting healthy habits for life.

Thank you to all of the parents/carers who signed up and were able to come along today to join your children to attend our introductory Peep session, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

We are looking forward to our second session next week focusing on Communication and Langauge.

We have had a few enquires from parents/carers regarding the Peep sessions. An email was sent out roughly 3/4 weeks ago to all Parents.

If you wish to sign up, you are more than welcome to. We have our second block starting on Wednesday 25th May (2pm – 2.30pm) for 4 weekly sessions.

Each weekly session will take place outside from 9.15am and should finish round about 9.45am.
