Dear Parent\/Carers,<\/p>\n

With Halloween coming up when sweet treats and bags of goodies will be eaten, we would like to highlight the risk of choking, particularly with small, spherical, gummy textured sweets.<\/p>\n

We would encourage all parents to avoid sending into school chocolate or jelly eyeballs, lollies or any other small round confectionaries for snack.<\/p>\n

Given that pupils could be running around over break time these sweets can be incredibly dangerous.<\/p>\n

Let’s help keep our pupils safe and <\/i>avoid <\/i><\/strong>bringing this type of sweet to school.<\/i><\/p>\n

Please remember we are also a NUT FREE<\/strong> school – this includes chocolate hazelnut spreads and fillings.<\/p>\n
