Dear Parents\/Carers,<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

After successful interviews last week, we are now able to share the class structure and teachers for next session.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We have been able to keep the year groups together and follow the structures from this year, with the exception of\u00a0 next\u00a0 year’s P6 pupils.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The class structure will be as follows:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

P1\/2 Mrs Kane<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

P3\/4 Mrs Meek\u00a0 and Mrs Tweedly\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

P5\/6 Mrs Rooney\u00a0 and Newly Qualified Teacher ( still to be announced)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

P6\/7 Mrs Agnew\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We have split\u00a0 the new P6’s in accordance with East Ayrshire’s guidance on composite classes and will share this with parents individually . Please be assured that our monitoring of planning teaching and learning procedures will ensure that all P6 pupils continue to work at the appropriate level and have the \u00a0same opportunities.\u00a0 A range of activities will also take place that bring the year group together and children will be able to socialise in the playground.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We are looking forward to our new session and welcoming our new probationer and Mrs Agnew to the school . We will also be seeking a new DHT\u00a0 for next session as Mrs Lockie retires at the summer.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

We would also like to take this time to thank Mrs Phillips, Mr Holland and Mrs Lockie for their hard work and commitment to Ochiltree Primary School\u00a0 and wish them well in their future endeavours.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
