P5\/6 and P6\/7 welcomed Farmer Bryce of Mossgiel Milk and Mrs Morton of Morton\u2019 s Milk to discuss all things dairy in the local area. \u00a0Farmer Bryce shared information on his own farm, his ancestors and how dairy farming has progressed through the years. \u00a0Mrs Morton shared with us the process of milking and all about her computerised farm shop which stocks lots of locally sourced goodies. \u00a0We then welcomed Mark from SmartSTEM who showed us an experiment on how to separate fat from milk. \u00a0A huge thank you to all of our visitors for taking the time to share their experiences with us.<\/p>\n
