Rowling and have studied the text in depth. From each chapter different activities were covered by the children \u2013 lots of literacy and origins of language, letter writing, poetry, character studies; science experiments \u2013 colour changing flowers, growing cress and predicting results (all children shocked by how wrong they were!); art and crafts \u2013 sketching characters, drawing three different eyes, sewing a \u201csorting hat\u201d from a pattern and many more activities.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><em>To complete the study we intend to watch the film next week and compare it to the original novel. The film is rated PG.
