We had lots of fun getting creative with salt dough as we worked in groups to create our very own maps of Italy!<\/span><\/p>\n

We began by using\u00a0measuring scales\u00a0to make sure we had exactly\u00a0100 grams of salt dough. This involved lots of problem solving and critical thinking as we worked out how to balance the scales and make sure they were level before we started.<\/p>\n

Once our dough was ready, we used\u00a0rolling pins\u00a0to flatten it and\u00a0glue spreaders\u00a0to carefully cut and shape our dough into the outline of Italy. We had to look closely at the shape of the country and work together to make sure our maps were as accurate as possible.<\/p>\n

It was fantastic to see everyone working together, sharing ideas, solving problems and using their practical skills to bring our learning about Italy to life!<\/p>\n
