Children were involved in this too, when we gathered their thoughts at different Together Times. The Excellent Lesson is our expectation across all of our classrooms and will support our Quality Assurance processes across the school year.<\/p>\n Excellent Learning and Teaching Graphic 2024<\/a><\/p>\n To complement our existing Health and Wellbeing programmes we have invested in an Emotional Literacy Programme called Emotion Works.<\/p>\n Emotion Works is an educational programme designed to support the development of emotional literacy across the school.<\/p>\n It uses different coloured cogs to help children understand the component model of emotions: how our emotions work and how they link to triggers, behaviours, body sensations, regulation strategies, intensity and influences.<\/p>\n More information can be found at the link below:<\/p>\n Parent-Information-Slides<\/a><\/p>\n Care Inspectorate<\/strong><\/p>\n In March 2025, our Early Learning and Childcare Centre took part in a pilot inspection using the new shared inspection framework.\u00a0 \u00a0The Care Inspectorate will publish a report in due course and although this will not supersede the gradings below, our on going improvement work is recognised.<\/p>\nExcellent Lesson<\/h1>\n
