For spelling homework the children will write their words out 2 times, and write 3 sentences with their spelling words.  Thank you. Along with spelling words the children now have a common word wall to practise the words on the wall. Please practise the words that have a dot next to them.

Maths: The children are focusing on numbers to 100 in Mental maths, counting up to 100 and back from 100. Below I have included a few recommended songs to use to help them become more confident in counting up and back.

We are now learning to count up in 5’s to 100. Below is a video to help make it fun.  Please take time t practise both counting in 5’s and also in 1’s.
