Our Busy Bees attend from age 2 to 3 years. The playroom embraces our indoor outdoor approach to play and discovery. Our Busy Bees Staff deliver child led opportunities to access both indoor and outdoor experiences with free flow access to our outdoor landscaped play area. Access outdoors introduces the element of risky play, allowing children to explore boundaries and challenge in a safe and supervised environment.\u00a0 Our staff principals build a foundation of encouragement and involvement developing each\u00a0 individual child\u2019s potential, which is targeted to specific stages of development.<\/p>\n
Our keyworker system ensures consistent adults developing positive relationships and enabling children\u2019s curiosity of the world around them. The experiences and opportunities provided encourage discovery through\u00a0 a variety of high quality open ended resources. Staff are highly trained in speech and language development which is a key focus within this age group. We strive to ensure we are providing opportunities for a language rich environment with unlimited access to stories, songs and conversation, whilst enhancing individual language styles and expanding vocabulary.\u200b<\/p>\n
