Fitba First sessions at Kilmarnock Football Club this Easter holiday.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

These sessions will take place at Rugby Park Stadium,\u00a0<\/span>from Monday – Friday each week from 10am-2pm.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Programme 1 – Monday 3<\/span>rd<\/sup>\u00a0to Friday 7<\/span>th<\/sup> – 20 places available (\u00a360pp).<\/span><\/div>\n
Programme 2 – Monday 10<\/span>th<\/sup>\u00a0to Friday 14<\/span>th\u00a0<\/span><\/sup>– 20 places available (\u00a360pp).<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Fitba First is a 5-part programme incorporating vital First Aid training for young people and gaining leadership skills and experience.\u00a0<\/span>Educational and football-focused elements include learning outcomes such as enhanced understanding of nutrition, first aid training, increased social interaction, teamwork skills and improved fitness.<\/span><\/div>\n

The total cost per young person for the full week is \u00a360 per person, which is inclusive of a footballers lunch each day, payable by invoice after the event.<\/span><\/div>\n
