It’s been a strange week with the strike days being right in the middle of the week but that hasn’t stopped P7a!
We have been learning a lot about fractions and even more about different books, author’s and character’s as part of our World Book Day lessons.

Today was my last day with the lovely P7a 🙁 I will, of course, be back to visit once baby Murray arrives!

Just 2 days in school for this lot after their Lockerbie Residential (See photos on the main page of school blog).
during those two days, P7 took part in an alcohol workshop run by Barnardos. Everyone participated really well!

This week we have:
- been working on measuring angles
- worked on our common spelling words
- carried out reading comprehension activities including paired work on an extract of The Hobbit
- learned another two Scottish dances in preparation for our party!

- watched a little bit of a Home Alone (Shhh, don’t tell Mrs Davidson!)
