This follows East Ayrshire Council\u2019s health and safety policy.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">What to avoid on PE days:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Watches<\/li>\n<li>Bracelets<\/li>\n<li>Rings<\/li>\n<li>Necklaces<\/li>\n<li>Earrings or any other piercings<\/li>\n<li>Long acrylic nails<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">Notes:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Earrings cannot be covered with plasters or tape, and staff cannot remove earrings.<\/li>\n<li>Please leave jewellery at home on days your child has PE.<\/li>\n<li>If your child has newly pierced ears and cannot participate in PE for a time, send a note to the class teacher telling us how long they will be exempt.<\/li>\n<li>Pupils who can\u2019t take part in the physical activities will still be actively involved in the lesson.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: center\">Thank you for helping keep our PE lessons safe and inclusive.<\/div>\n<h2>Monday 27th April 2026<\/h2>\n<p>The class are invited to take part in a Sumdog Time competition which opened today and will run until next Thursday 7th May.
