The Parent Council held their AGM on Monday 11th September 2023. Our chair is Lorna Donnelly. The minutes are held in the minutes section of this blog.<\/p>\n

The Parent Council have lots of plans for the session to support with fundraising, including the Hallowe’en Disco and Winter Fayre.<\/p>\n

CHRISTMAS CARD DEADLINE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Parent Council have managed to get the deadline on Xmas cards extended to midnight on the 27th October.<\/p>\n

CHRISTMAS FAYRE DONATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for any donations for the Christmas Fayre? We are looking for raffle prizes (either kids or adults), bottles for an adult tombola and good condition teddies for a kids tombola.<\/p>\n

Can we also ask for any parents who may want a stall to contact mpspcsocial@gmail.com<\/a>?<\/p>\n

FUNDRAISER for MAUCHLINE PS & ECC<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Black Bull in Mauchline are supporting the Parent Council to host a pub quiz to raise funds for the Primary School and ECC on Friday 4th March 2022 at 7.30pm.<\/p>\n

Entry to the quiz is \u00a32 per person and will be followed by\u00a0 a sing along by Tommy Milgrew. Please come along and bring some friends for a great night out!<\/p>\n

There will also be a raffle at the quiz and we would welcome any donations to the school office by Thursday 3rd March.<\/p>\n

November 21 meeting<\/a><\/p>\n

Mauchline Primary and ECC Parent Council are running a Christmas Raffle this year to raise funds.<\/p>\n

We are hoping to create some Christmas Hampers to raffle and are looking for donations for a lower school raffle, an upper school raffle and an adult raffle.<\/p>\n

If anyone is able to donate anything which could be included can this please be dropped off at the School reception by close of business on Friday 3rd\u00a0December 2021?<\/p>\n

Raffle tickets will thereafter go on sale the following week details to be confirmed!<\/p>\n

The next Mauchline Primary School & ECC Parent Council Meeting is on Monday 1st<\/sup> November, 7pm on Google Meet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you would like to attend as a parent \/ guardian of the school please contact mpspcsocial@gmail.com<\/a> providing your name, your child\u2019s name and ECC \/ primary class and we will send the link through for you to attend.<\/p>\n

Please note all parent \/ guardians are able to attend any PC meeting as guests however only members of the PC have voting rights on any decisions made.<\/p>\n
