SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN
ACADEMIC SESSION 2024/2025
Our four key priorities for this year are as follows:
- To build capacity for leadership at all levels to take forwards our shared vision for improvement; all learners, staff, parents and carers will be more empowered to take forwards change.
- To improve the quality and consistency of learning, teaching and assessment in S1-3 Broad, General Education (BGE); excellent learning will be experienced in every classroom, enhancing engagement and progress.
- To cultivate an ethos of participation and achievement, reflecting our shared values; everyone benefits from a positive learning environment, and we’re “Proud to be Loudoun”.
- To improve tracking of students’ progress S1-S6 to lead to effective, targeted support; we use data effectively to ensure students have the right support at the right time.
