Design & Technology Department.
The projects and courses on offer within the Design & Technology department aim to develop and enhance pupils’ creativity, problem solving, practical skills, and materials knowledge. Pupils will also develop an appreciation of safe working practices in a workshop or similar environments. Pupils also gain a valuable insight into a range of Product and Graphic design techniques that are required for commercial manufacturing and communication.
In addition, pupils will also develop an understanding of the positive impact that Design & Technology can have on the environment and society.
