We will also be focusing on Scottish language including learning a Scottish poem.\u00a0 We will be taking part in a book study linked to a Scottish book, You Can\u2019t Play Here, by Angus Corby.\u00a0 We will also be researching Scottish landmarks and traditions and will present our findings in a poster\/ leaflet.<\/td>\n<td width=\"323\"><u>Numeracy<\/u><\/p>\n<p>In numeracy we will be continuing to work on our individual targets.\u00a0\u00a0 We will also be focusing on telling the time (quarter past and quarter to) and will work on times tables.\u00a0 In mathematics we will be working on weight, size and measure using non-standard units as well as being introduced to standard units. We will continue to use role play to explore money and work on change using subtraction.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"2\" width=\"646\"><u>All my other learning<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Linking to our book study \u2018You Can\u2019t Play Here\u2019, our topics will include learning about Vibrations and Sounds and will explore ways of making sound. This will allow for opportunities to carry out investigations and experiments and will involve making predictions and writing reports. We will have opportunities to make and use instruments which can be used in dance.<\/p>\n<p>In Health and wellbeing we will be concentrating on looking after ourselves.
