\nWellness Wednesday<\/span><\/p>\n

We took part in a Wellness Wednesday Woodland Walk this morning. \u00a0We heard some fantastic bird song, a robin was following us in the \u2018Wee Woods\u2019, we saw some signs of spring and spotted a male and female duck.<\/p>\n

Creating our Profiles and designing a computer game.

S5 and S6 have been teaching us basketball!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The last few weeks we have been designing and building bird feeders to attract more birds to our playground. We then went out on Friday to do the RSPB Big Playground Bird Watch. We had to count how many birds landed in our playground then submit our results to the RSPB.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The class have requested I post this pdf file of the residential information for this year’s P7.\u00a0 This is so they could discuss their September 2026 residential trip with parents\/ carers.\u00a0 There will be an information evening for parents very soon.<\/p>\n

Remember to have a look at the P6 front page for home learning suggestions.\u00a0 I think you will enjoy learning Sam the Skull and our class Scots Poem this year is an extract from Tam O’Shanter.\u00a0 I will be giving out paper copies when we return to school.<\/p>\n

Remember to practise in front of parents, grandparents, siblings, in front of the mirror or even your soft toys at home!<\/p>\n

You have until the end of January to learn the poem and song.<\/p>\n

Building Santa a new sleigh \/ vehicle\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The class were challenged with designing and building a vehicle for Santa to travel in and deliver presents.\u00a0 Have a look at their designs and finished models.\u00a0 I think Santa would have a tough time deciding which vehicle to choose!\u00a0 They are all fabulous!<\/span><\/p>\n
