I\u2019m excited to let you know that, as part of our Operation: Grow! gardening project, pupils in P4\/5 will be working outside in the school garden most Friday afternoons, weather permitting.<\/span><\/p>\n

These sessions will give the children hands-on opportunities to learn about plants, nature, and caring for our environment. As you can imagine, gardening can be a little muddy at times! To help everyone stay comfortable, please ensure your child comes to school on Fridays with:<\/span><\/p>\n

– A change of clothes that you don\u2019t mind getting dirty<\/span><\/p>\n

– Weather-appropriate outerwear (such as a coat, waterproofs, wellies)<\/span><\/p>\n

We will do our best to work safely and sensibly, but getting a bit messy is all part of the fun and learning.<\/span><\/p>\n
