Can you be like Peppa Pig and recycle your empty cans, cartons boxes and anything you can to make a play shop.

Make some price labels to put on things you have for sale in your shop.

Recycle an old egg carton and use as a till.

Empty your piggy bank and sort the coins into groups of the same into your till.

Look closely at your coins and learn their names.

Do they all look the same, or different? Are they the same on both sides?

Do you recognise any of the numbers on your coins, if so say out loud. If you don’t, ask a grown up, or brother or sister if they can help you.

Do some shopping and try to work out how many coins you need to pay for your shop.

You could ask a grown up to hide some coins in your house or garden and go on  treasure hunt to find them.
