Vincent joins the team with over 12 years’ experience with the Duke of Edinburgh`s Award programme as a Development Officer and DofE Manager for South Ayrshire Council in Scotland. Before that he worked in primary schools as a community worker and also in leisure and sports development.
Vincent is excited to be able to work across all of the three Ayrshire Authorities and develop the “Opening the Doors to the Outdoors” programme in supporting and developing outdoor activities, clubs, schools and youth groups across the County.
He has been an RNLI crew member of Troon Lifeboat for the past 15 years. He is a keen sailor, coastal rower and hillwalker holding the Walking Group Leader and RYA Coastal Skipper qualification.
