She prepared and served Garlic Chilli Salmon with Citrus Risotto along with a Coconut Tart with Passion Fruit Cream.  We are extremely proud to report that Caitlyn won.<\/p>\n<p>On 23 February she will take part in the regional finals in the City of Glasgow College followed by a formal dinner in the Thistle Hotel.
