Enjoying a mixture of classroom and on-the-job training, you will quickly gain the skills and qualifications you require to get ahead.<\/p>\n First, we\u2019ll help you understand who we are, what banks do, and how the financial industry operates and is regulated. Then we\u2019ll introduce you to our Retail Contact Centre and how it empowers customers to make the right financial decisions for the future. Along the way, you\u2019ll learn about risk management, best practice and great customer service, with an experienced Front Line Colleague acting as your Buddy, answering your questions and explaining how your learning will apply in the real world. Finally, you will complete a portfolio that summarises your learning \u2013 and acts as the blueprint for an exciting customer service career.
