What is the UNRC\/RRS?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

UNICEF UK\u2019s Rights Respecting Schools programme helps schools to use the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) to help develop a clear set of values that are actively upheld by pupils. These rights are set out to help children develop to their full potential, knowing that all children have the same rights no matter what their background or where they live.<\/p>\n

In total there are 54 rights, which are called articles. A child friendly version of these can be found in the image below. There is also a Pocket Book that can be downloaded\u00a0 for more\u00a0 information.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n
