Suitable for use with PSE classes or for young people to view at home.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"paragraph_ndC-Dq2Ns-A\" dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"text_VCceVZqlo0_\" class=\"\">Recent data from The Exchange shows that anxiety is the top reason for requesting assistance from our counselling service in East Ayrshire. We will continue to analyse this data on a regular basis and implement preventative measures such as videos and workshops to support our young people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"paragraph_hImg95j1gp2\" dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"text_ngNmTvxNfqC\" class=\"TextBodyEmph color_TextEmph\">In order to support young people in East Ayrshire during the pandemic and beyond, The-Exchange<\/span><span id=\"text_anNmTvBOfqC\" class=\"\">\u00a0have developed a<\/span><span id=\"text_NuNmTvROfqC\" class=\"TextBodyEmph color_TextEmph\">\u00a0workshop<\/span><span id=\"text_A-OmTvhOfqC\" class=\"\">\u00a0which focuses on:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/SdYzud0bQWk\">Mindfulness \u2013 Self Compassion\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"paragraph_55mg95D1gp2\" dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"text_TPXuVC1wrs6\" class=\"\">This workshop \u00a0is aimed at secondary pupils and takes account of the\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"text_gIXuVCnvrs6\" class=\"TextBodyEmph color_TextEmph\">themes of requests\u00a0<\/span><span id=\"text_3dXuVCXwrs6\" class=\"\">to the service to provide you with a resource for early intervention. \u00a0 Please feel free to share this via your digital platforms including Twitter in order to highlight to young people and parents\/carers the support that is available if needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Low mood Short Film\u00a0 This short film from our fab counsellors at the Exchange provides some tips and advice for coping with low mood.
