Referrals can be made directly by families or staff can complete a referral form to request support<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Our Financial Inclusion Officer can assist with the following areas of\u00a0 financial hardship:<\/strong><\/span>
\n-Problems paying rent\/facing eviction
\n-Need assistance to challenge a benefit decision
\n-Ensure you are getting full benefit entitlement
\n-Looking to get back into work\/reducing barriers
\n-Energy cost issues
\n-Affordable financial products<\/p>\n

The Financial Inclusion Team \u00a0ensures that the citizens of East Ayrshire can access information, advice and support including the following:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Income maximisation;
\n\u2022 Welfare benefits advice;
\n\u2022 Welfare benefits representation;
\n\u2022 Money advice;
\n\u2022 Debt counselling;
\n\u2022 Budgeting advice;
\n\u2022 Financial education;
\n\u2022 Advice about affordable and accessible financial products and services.<\/p>\n
