P1-P7 Phonics activities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Throughout the school, we approach spelling by investigating\u00a0phonemes<\/strong>\u00a0(or sounds) and this approach is used from P1-7 as well as looking at spelling rules and patterns.<\/p>\n BBC Bitesize have a list of short video clips that would allow pupils to hear the sound and have short exercises after listening.\u00a0The videos would be most appropriate for P2-4<\/strong>.
