We have been learning about the phonic &#8216;d&#8217;. We made ducks and dinosaurs and they look lovely on the wall in our classroom. We have been really busy making patterns using collage materials, outdoor materials and stampers. We are continuing to explore our common words and had fun playing &#8216;splat&#8217; and &#8216;frying pan flip&#8217;. Please continue to learn your common words at\u00a0 home. We are focusing on <em>it, in, is, the, and,is.\u00a0<\/em>We will be looking at dot patterns next week.\u00a0 Can you play a dice game and see how quickly you can recognise how many spots are on each side of the dice? I hope you have fun. We enjoyed Children In Need Day and made lots of Pudsey&#8217;s and a huge spotty paperchain. We enjoyed wearing our pyjamas and onesies too.
