It’s Friday again, what a quick week! We’re rounding off our busy week with some Children In Need activities in the classroom.\u00a0 I know lots of pupils have decided to wear pyjamas to school to help raise money for this cause – your \u00a31 donations will be greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n
This week in maths, we have been learning how to calculate the perimeter of regular and irregular shapes.\u00a0 We enjoyed using measuring tapes and rulers to find the perimeters of surfaces in the classroom.\u00a0 Next week we will be taking our learning outdoors and finding perimeters in the playground.\u00a0 Our spelling focus this week is words with the prefixes tele, trans, kilo and fore.<\/p>\n
