On Friday it was fantastic to see everyone in their costumes &#8211; some people looked very scary!<\/p>\n<p>This week we will be starting to look at Remembrance Day and why we wear poppies.<\/p>\n<p>In numeracy we were practising the <strong>bridging strategy<\/strong> last week, and this week we are looking at <strong>counting on<\/strong>. A good way of checking that you have mastered a strategy is to teach it to someone else so let&#8217;s hope there are a lot of adult volunteers ready to learn.<\/p>\n<p>Keep practising your reading and your spelling words.
