You start on the board and the first player rolls the dice then you land on a colour, the colour you land on is the colour of category. For that category you get a question. If you get the question right then you can put the colour of the category onto a plate. Once you get around the board and collect all the colours then you win the game.<\/p>\n<p>The game taught us about the different food categories and what&#8217;s in them.\u00a0 It taught us how to separate the foods into the different groupings.\u00a0 It also showed us how much of each food type we should be eating in a plateful.<\/p>\n<p>We are now more aware of our portion sizes.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We played a game about Healthy Eating.
