Treasurer\u2019s report attached.\u00a0 Account balance is currently \u00a33,468.97 very healthy for this time of year.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
HEAD TEACHER REPORT<\/p>\n

Shared on Glow via the newsletter <\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
HT informed the meeting that there will be a new School App which should be available by the end of March.<\/p>\n

All dates for upcoming events within the school are on Glow<\/p>\n

Parent Questionnaire is also on Glow \u2013 please encourage everyone to complete.\u00a0 Any comments\/ suggestions will be published on Glow.<\/p>\n

CHAIR REPORT<\/p>\n

 <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Lion King show \u2013 Friday 10th<\/sup> March, 3.30pm-4.30pm and 7pm-9pm.\u00a0 Booker run for tuck and helpers required at both shows.\u00a0 Also looking for 2 boxes of chocolates for prizes for the lucky programme.<\/p>\n

LH asked if we should do a raffle.\u00a0 It was agreed that since the tickets for the show are more expensive we will not do a raffle at the show.<\/p>\n

Spring Disco \u2013 Thursday 30th<\/sup> March.\u00a0 Need to arrange Booker run and helpers for both discos.<\/p>\n

ECC-P3: 6.15pm \u2013 7.15pm and P4-P7: 7.30pm-8.30pm.\u00a0 Will discuss at next meeting.<\/p>\n

Hurlford\u2019s Got Talent \u2013 Friday 16th<\/sup> June, 6pm-9.30pm \u2013 KM to check date with community centre and arrange a booking form.<\/p>\n

ANY OTHER BUSINESS<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0JM asked if the parent council could arrange for medals to be engraved at Stewarts for the Burn\u2019s competition.\u00a0 LC to collect medal from office and arrange.\u00a0 7 medals required.<\/p>\n

TC asked if the staggered drop off\/pick up times will change any time.\u00a0 GC advised this is one of the questions within the questionnaire.\u00a0 Anyone asking about the times should fill in the questionnaire.\u00a0 It was agreed that the staggered times are helping with the traffic congestion issues.<\/p>\n

It was asked if the current teacher strikes had been agreed.\u00a0 GC could not confirm the dates as there had been noting agreed.\u00a0 Information would be provided as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
