Back with the sunshine as usual!!
\nAlthough…..it will be lovely to be able to do outdoor learning without our stuff flying all over the playground this term!<\/p>\n

Homework this term will continue with children being asked to learn spelling words most weeks and complete Numeracy Scrapbook activities. We are using new reading books this term and won\u2019t be sending them home at the moment but children may have word lists or games to try to help with their reading.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve had a super start to term 4 this week. The children all seem well rested and enthusiastic to be back.<\/p>\n

This term, in PE, we will be doing some gymnastics and athletics activities.<\/p>\n

In maths, we are starting with a block of data handling.<\/p>\n

We will continue our Ocean topic for a few more weeks as there are lots of things we still wan to learn about.<\/p>\n

In French we will continue learning our colours and work on our greetings.<\/p>\n

We have been learning about food too. We looked at the journey of tuna from the ocean to our plates. We talked about favourites tastes and tried some new foods. We have planted Kale and are going to try it in a smoothie then look at how we could advertise the healthy drink. We are looking at which foods come from where. Lots of fun and interesting things to learn!<\/p>\n

Our next block of outdoor learning is a mixture of numeracy, literacy, science and PE. This will be on a Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n
