‘Friends of Hillside’ charity was set up in 2014 and their motto is,
‘Coming Together, Supporting each other’
They organise a range of social and fundraising events to raise awareness of how fantastic our children are, to share experiences and supports as families and to raise funds for different ways to support the school.
For example, they have funded our ‘Eye Gaze’ technology, days out, personalised swim bags and towels for each child.
They even funded and organised our first ever school prom last year which was just magical!
Friends of Hillside and the Parent Council meet once a term and the minutes of meetings will be shared below.
