So the circle of life continues in the P4\/5 Terrarium. One older beetle has passed but, if you watch the video below, you may hear the slither of tiny feet of the next generation…<\/p>\n

Term 3<\/p>\n

Our family of Sun Beetles continue to flourish with nine little sunnies pootling about this morning. They like the warm class!<\/p>\n

Our HWB topic on Healthy Living led to us exploring a range of healthy food options – we even created our own salads. There were some big flavours to experience – anchovies, olives, red onion – but, when it was time to tidy away – there wasn’t much left.<\/p>\n

Scottish Art<\/p>\n

We have been learning about famous Scottish landmarks and have been tracing images of our landmarks to combine line and shape with watercolour paints. Watch this space for our finished work.<\/p>\n

Term 2 – Autumn into Winter<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We finished our Fairy-tale theme with our whole class assembly on Monday.<\/p>\n

We have been excited to write our own stories and will be turning these into digital documents using canva.<\/p>\n

Our class novel this term will be Charlotte’s Web by EB White.<\/p>\n

In Numeracy we are investigating addition and subtraction with exchanging before moving into 2D and 3D shape.<\/p>\n

In PE we are exploring handball and hockey.<\/p>\n
