Well done to our Digital Leaders on achieving the Special Recognition Award<\/span>\u00a0for Cyber Resilience and Internet Safety (CR-IS)\u00a0offered under the Digital Schools\u00a0Award<\/span>\u00a0programme<\/span>. We are the only school in East Ayrshire to have achieved this just now!<\/p>\n

Our Digital Leaders also recently organised a competition to design an Internet Safety Logo for our school. Nina Bednarek’s design was chosen as the winning design. Well done, Nina!<\/p>\n

All of this work relates so well to Article 17 of the UNCRC about getting accurate information from newspapers, magazines, television and radio. Also information from electronic sources such as through websites on the internet and through social media. The work of our Digital Leaders is reminding us how to stay safe online,<\/p>\n
