Thanks to all who have sent pictures in doing your yoga poses over the last couple of weeks, it’s been great to see such a big response! Todays one will be the last pose until after the Easter holidays but don’t let that stop you doing your yoga! Todays pose is:<\/p>\n

Maybe you could create your own yoga sequence using the poses you’ve learned? Great way to see what you can remember and to keep practising.<\/p>\n
