The children will have the opportunity to take part in small group activities to enhance their understanding of\u00a0<strong>different<\/strong> and\u00a0<em>not<\/em> different. It would be very beneficial if you could continue to embed the concept of\u00a0different<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>at home. \u00a0A simple way of doing this could be talking about different colours of eyes, hair, cars\u00a0etc.<\/p>\n<p>We also learn the Makaton sign\u00a0for each word; ask your child to show you <strong>different<\/strong> using Makaton.<\/p>\n<p>Please post photos of \u00a0your child\u2019s findings\/activities on their E-portfolio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over the next two weeks we will be focusing on the word \u2018different\u2019.
