Hopefully everyone is having a lovely summer despite the unusual weather of sunshine and downpours we have been experiencing!<\/p>\n

Perhaps this would be a good time for the children to think of others within their Learning Community. I’m sure everyone has heard the sad stories of the Shortlees residents who have lost so much in the recent flooding. I have been down to the food bank myself where I spoke to the volunteers. They would be very grateful for any donations, not just of food but of children’s clothing or toys, or indeed anything you may no longer need or use.<\/p>\n

All donations, which would be gratefully received, can be taken directly to ‘Our Wee Shop’ in Shortlees just off Central Avenue across from the school.<\/p>\n
